KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 22 (Bernama) -- A constitutional expert has affirmed that the Kuala Lumpur High Court acted in line with the Federal Constitution by dismissing Datuk Seri Najib Razak's judicial review bid over a royal addendum for house arrest.
