TACLOBAN CITY — A total of 174 qualified senior citizens in Borongan City, Eastern Samar received P10,000 each in cash assistance from the national government during a distribution activity held last week. The city government, in a statement on Monday, said the assistance was granted to octogenarians and nonagenarians through the National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC).
