The government of Tajikistan has provided housing to Niloufar Safoyeva (previously listed as Aliyeva), the mother of the 10-year-old Qobiljon Aliyev, who was killed in a school xenophobic attack in Moscow region. This information was shared with Asia-Plus journalists, who visited the home of the deceased teenager, by one of Qobiljon’s relatives.
