ILIGAN CITY — Police here have launched an intensified manhunt against the gunman who shot and killed a police officer here on Sunday, December 21. Col. Jerry Tambis, director of the Iligan City Police Office (ICPO), said Master Sgt. Mark Hermoso, 43, a member of the Iligan City Police Mobile Force, was shot while attending a wake in Tipanoy village here, according to ICPO spokesperson Maj. Zandrex Panolong.
