KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 23 (Bernama) -- The implementation of performance assessments in the public service must be carried out fairly, with integrity and in a comprehensive manner, particularly involving experienced officers who have served for many years, the Congress of Unions of Employees in the Public and Civil Services (CUEPACS) said.
