Euromaidan Press Flanders commits over $290,000 to mobile libraries and translations in Ukraine
The UN cultural body UNESCO will distribute over $290,000 from Flanders across Ukrainian cultural projects, from mobile book services in conflict areas to bringing Ukrainian writers to Brussels next March
