DailyMirror CMC Mayor says her mandate remains unchanged as second reading to follow
Despite the setback, Colombo Municipal Council (CMC) Mayor Vraie Cally Balthazaar said the budget would proceed to a second reading, during which amendments could still be proposed if necessary.
