"The iconic Christmas tree was seen on Moscow Kremlin's Cathedral Square on Tuesday. Footage shows the festive tree with twinkling lights and colourful decorations - including baubles, ice crystals, and snowflakes - flashing in front of the Assumption Cathedral. "The trunk diameter is 64 centimetres, the height is 26 metres, and the branch span at the bottom is about 11 metres. The tree is 100 years old. This year, we decorated it with a frosty pattern theme," said Head of Russian Presidential Main Operating Directorate Yevgeni Ganzen. Since 2007, the tree has been delivered to the Kremlin exclusively from nurseries located in the Moscow region."
