The wreckage of plane carrying Libya’s Chief of General Staff, General Muhammad Ali Ahmad al-Haddad, which disappeared shortly after departing Ankara, was found 2 km south of Kesikkavak village in Haymana district, about 50 km southeast of the Turkish capital.
