The CBI will challenge the Delhi High Court's decision to suspend the life sentence and grant bail to former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar. Sengar was convicted in the 2017 Unnao rape case. He will remain in jail due to a separate 10-year sentence. The CBI and the victim's family opposed the bail.
