Cao Thi Ngoc Bao, compliance director at the British Council Vietnam, has been awarded the Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) by the British royal family in recognition of her long-standing contributions to educational and cultural cooperation between Vietnam and the UK, the British Council announced.
