TEHRAN, Dec. 25 (MNA) – A congress marking the 50th anniversary of the passing of Ayatollah Seyyed Mohammad Hadi Milani opened on Thursday in Mashhad with a message from Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.
