PhilHealth extends health facilities accreditation deadline to Jan. 14

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Health Insurance Corp. (PhilHealth) has extended the filing period for the renewal of accreditation of health facilities for 2026 to Jan. 14. In an advisory signed by PhilHealth President Edwin Mercado dated Dec. 22, the extension for the renewal of accreditation was due to the issuance of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s Circular No. 111, which suspends government work on Dec. 29 and  Jan. 2.
