ILOILO CITY — An island community in Concepcion town in Iloilo was a recipient of a vertical axis wind turbine (VAWT) system under the Project DAGAT (Driving Advancement, Generating Access and Transforming Small Island Communities) of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST).
