Palace: ‘Leaked’ DPWH documents remain ‘hearsay without probative value’

MANILA, Philippines — The Palace on Friday maintained that the alleged leaked Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) documents remain “hearsay without probative value,” as it rejected insinuations that it is covering up for anyone.
