"Winter City at Expo Dubai hosted a range of joyful celebrations and entertainment events for Christmas, where visitors could enjoy an artificial winter atmosphere with sparkling lights and a variety of performances. Footage filmed on Thursday captures children's activities, photo opportunities, and food and beverage stands amid a large number of families and tourists in attendance. The video also shows the lighting of the Christmas tree, light displays on the dome of Al Wasl Plaza, and encounters with artificial snow. Anastasia, a visitor, praised the atmosphere, saying, "A wonderful place, a great atmosphere, and an excellent mood - I highly recommend it to everyone." Yujiha, another visitor, shared, "We did a lot of activities and had strawberry chocolates. We did give letters to Santa and took pictures with Miss Claus and did a lot of fun activities and games." Winter City activities began on December 6 and will continue until December 31. According to the organisers, last year's edition attracted more than 200,000 visitors. Christmas is a religious and cultural holiday celebrated every year on December 25 to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ according to the Western calendar. It is one of the most significant events in the Christian world and represents peace and love."
