Prime Minister Netanyahu has signed a joint declaration recognizing the Republic of Somaliland. The declaration confirms mutual recognition between the two sides. In a phone conversation, Netanyahu invited Somaliland President Dr. Abdirahman Mohamed Abdallah to make an official visit to Israel. The Somaliland president thanked him for the historic step.
