MANILA, Philippines — With the aim of improving access to a clean and reliable water supply, Clark Water, a Manila Water Non-East Zone operating unit and the sole water and wastewater service provider of the Clark Freeport Zone (CFZ), has launched a Water Supply Solution Project in Sapang Bato Elementary School in Angeles City, Pampanga.
