The National Weather Service issued a winter weather advisory at 2:30 p.m. EST on Saturday valid for Sunday between 4 a.m. EST and 1 p.m. EST for Emmet, Cheboygan, Presque Isle, Antrim, Otsego and Charlevoix counties.
