A winter storm watch was issued by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. EST valid for Monday between 1 a.m. EST and 7 p.m. EST for Emmet, Cheboygan, Presque Isle, Antrim, Otsego and Charlevoix counties.
