The National Weather Service released a high wind watch at 3:01 p.m. EST on Saturday valid for Monday between 1 a.m. EST and 10 p.m. EST for Midland, Bay, Huron, Saginaw, Tuscola, Sanilac, Shiawassee, Genesee, Lapeer, St. Clair, Livingston, Oakland, Macomb, Washtenaw, Wayne, Lenawee and Monroe counties.
