MANILA, Philippines — Acting Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. ordered the Internal Affairs Service (IAS) to speed up the probe into an alleged robbery in a Pasig City home carried out by eight Eastern Police District (EPD) police officers.
