Netflix has cancelled its planned series adaptation of The Talisman. The project, developed by the Duffer Brothers, was years in the making. Adapting the fantasy novel proved more difficult than anticipated. This marks another setback for the long-troubled screen adaptation. However, Stephen King is working on a third book in the saga.
