MANILA, Philippines — There were three cases of indiscriminate firing recorded in Metro Manila so far, including an incident involving a police officer, the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) said. “All of the suspects have been arrested… One is a police officer, and two are civilians,” NCRPO spokesperson Maj.
