The RSS is planning a major organisational overhaul. This restructuring aims to decentralise power and increase engagement at the village and mohalla levels. The existing prant system will be replaced by more numerous sambhags. This shift will bring leadership closer to field units. The RSS is also focusing on community work and social transformation.
