Chavit Singson has once again denied ever having a “special relationship” with Jillian Ward, saying he never had met the actress, albeit joking that he hoped the rumors were true.  Singson and Ward were the target of rumors last October, with the former Ilocos Sur governor being branded as her “sugar daddy” and benefactor of her lifestyle.
