MANILA, Philippines — A three-dimensional (3D) scan of the Benguet ravine where resigned Public Works and Highways Undersecretary Maria Catalina “Cathy” Cabral was found dead showed she likely slid down and was not pushed, according to the Philippine National Police (PNP).
