MANILA, Philippines — Authorities are looking into the possibility that missing Babatngon, Leyte Catholic parish priest Edwin “Kutz” Caintoy may have been depressed over a misunderstanding with his “adopted son,” the Philippine National Police (PNP) said on Monday.
