MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Monday said it has yet to discuss possible retirement honors for its former chief, Gen. Nicolas Torre III, after he assumed office as general manager of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA). In a briefing at Camp Crame, PNP public information chief Brig. Gen.
