P500,000 worth of illegal firecrackers seized, destroyed in C. Luzon

SAN ANTONIO, Zambales — Thousands of illegal firecrackers and pyrotechnic devices worth more than P500,000, confiscated across Central Luzon, were destroyed on Monday at the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) headquarters in Camp Olivas, San Fernando, Pampanga. The ceremonial destruction, carried out in coordination with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), formed part of intensified efforts to ensure public safety during the holiday season.
