The procedure includes stricter deadlines for appeals against proposed wind farms and additional staff to find suitable sites for wind turbines. The news that first appeared in the daily ‘Het Nieuwsblad’ has since been confirmed by the Flemish Energy Minister Melissa Depraetere (socialist).
