LIGAO CITY — The Department of Health Center for Health Development (DOH-CHD) Bicol has recorded 11 fireworks-related injuries across the region. In a bulletin released on Monday, the DOH said there were two victims in Albay, two in Camarines Norte, six in Camarines Sur, and one in Catanduanes from Dec. 21 to 28.
