MANILA, Philippines — The third of 49 co-accused in the human trafficking case involving former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque and businesswoman Cassandra Ong was arrested in Angeles City, the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) announced Tuesday. Roque, Ong, and their 49 co-accused are wanted over alleged criminal acts in connection with the Philippine offshore gaming operator (POGO) hub in Lucky South 99 in Porac, Pampanga.
