Ukraine’s foreign minister Andrii Sybiha responds to claims by Moscow of a strike on home in Russia’s Novgorod region According to reports, Polish prime minister Donald Tusk was due to kick off a meeting on Ukraine at 10:00 GMT with other European leaders.
