‘Unlawful’ acquisition of Cabral files may prompt ethics complaint – Ridon

MANILA, Philippines — Batangas Rep. Leandro Leviste’s alleged unlawful acquisition of the so-called Cabral files, documents belonging to the late Public Works Undersecretary Maria Catalina Cabral, may lead to the filing of an ethics complaint, Bicol Saro Rep.
