While Boxes-on-Break founder Clint Bryant planned to send 500 boxes of shelf-stable, easy-to-prepare and easy-to-open food, all the volunteer help and business partnerships made it possible to deliver 868 boxes to Saginaw students on the 16-day holiday break.
