MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine team achievers in the recently concluded 33rd Southeast Asian Games in Thailand will receive their cash incentives from President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on January 21 in Malacañang. Team Philippines finished sixth in the overall medal tally with 50 gold, 73 silver, and 154 bronze medals. Under the Republic Act 10699, the Athletes and Coaches Incentives Act, the SEA Games gold medalists are entitled to P300,000 while silver medalists take home P150,000, and bronze winners earn P60,000.
