KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 31 (Bernama) -- The year 2026 will require the Ministry of Communications to be not only prepared, but more agile, resilient and forward-looking in navigating risks and uncertainty, said its secretary-general, Datuk Abdul Halim Hamzah.
