"Dubai's Burj Khalifa was lit up with a stunning fireworks display as the UAE celebrated the New Year on Wednesday night and into Thursday morning. Footage includes the epic countdown show on the stroke of midnight, which lasted over eight minutes. The celebrations centred on the iconic tower, with synchronised pyrotechnics and LED displays. At 828 metres high, the Burj Khalifa is the tallest building in the world and has become a focal point for Dubai’s annual festivities.
