AL.com Suspect charged with capital murder of Birmingham woman who was found in burned garage
Justin Seals, 39, is charged with capital murder in the slaying 32-year-old Mekayla Rembert. Seals was taken into custody Tuesday by the police department’s Crime Reduction Team.
