LEGAZPI CITY – The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) has raised the alert status of Mayon Volcano from Alert Level 1 (low-level unrest) to Alert Level 2 (increasing/moderate level of unrest) on Thursday.
