CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela—Two villagers were hurt after a stray “kwitis” (skyrocket) fired by a nearby bystander landed on a firecracker stall at a public market along the provincial road in Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga, igniting a fire, barely 10 minutes before the New Year. The firecracker stall was located at the designated selling area of the Bulanao Public Market.
