GEORGE TOWN, Jan 1 (Bernama) -- Tourism Malaysia will expand the scope of the Charter Flight Matching Grant (GSPC) to include the cruise sector starting this year, as part of a strategic move to encourage more international tourist arrivals via sea routes.
