COTABATO CITY — At least 22 people, including children, were injured in a grenade attack in Matalam town, Cotabato province, at about midnight Wednesday, New Year’s Eve, December 31. Police in Soccsksargen, Cotabato, condemned the grenade attack and vow justice for the victims.
