"The Mohammed bin Rashid humanitarian ship arrived at Al-Arish Port in Egypt, carrying tonnes of relief supplies for the people of the Gaza Strip, as part of Operation 'Gallant Knight 3'. Footage on Tuesday shows the vessel in port as well as aid supplies onboard "Mohammed bin Rashid Humanitarian Ship… is the 11th vessel and the largest [yet] in terms of cargo capacity," said Mohammed Al Sharif, spokesperson for the mission. "It is carrying more than 7,300 tonnes of various forms of aid, including food assistance, shelter supplies, and winter clothing. The ship also carries 10 million meals prepared as part of the initiatives of the Mohammed bin Rashid Global Initiatives," he added. Hamad Al Zaabi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Egypt added: "This support also represents a continuation of the significant and steadfast humanitarian work consistently pursued by the United Arab Emirates as part of its policy.” The UAE launched Operation Gallant Knight 3 in 2023, under the directives of UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, to provide relief to Palestinians in the Gaza Strip following the outbreak of the Israel-Hamas war."
