Haaretz Israel approves construction of a courtyard roof at Hebron's Tomb of the Patriarchs, holy to both Jews and Muslims
The Hebron Municipality, which is run by Palestinians, petitioned Israel's High Court of Justice challenging both the expropriation of the site of the future roof and the limited transfer of planning authority. A hearing is expected to be held in the case next week
