CEBU CITY, Philippines — Cebu will continue to experience generally fair weather with chances of brief rainshowers and thunderstorms over the next several days as easterlies dominate conditions across the Visayas, state weather forecasters said. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said that the rest of the Visayas, including Cebu, would experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, primarily due to easterlies, while more active weather systems would affect other parts of the country.
