CITY OF CALAPAN — Around 100 hawksbill sea turtle hatchlings emerged from their nest at the Sea Turtle Hatchery in Barangay Navotas here on Thursday afternoon, according to reports from Bantay Dagat personnel to the city’s Fishery Management Office.
