MANILA, Philippines — Acting Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Lt. Gen. Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. initiated summary dismissal proceedings against four police officers allegedly involved in indiscriminate firing cases during the 2025 holiday revelry.
