US naval ship rescues 3 Pangasinan fishers, brings them to Subic Bay

SAN ANTONIO, Zambales, Philippines— United States Naval Ship (USNS) Cesar Chavez arrived at the Subic Bay Freeport on Friday, Jan. 2, carrying three fishermen who were rescued in waters off Pangasinan province. The fishermen were identified as Michael Lebios, 52; his son, Michael John Lebios, 29; and Lotjun Lupague, 32, all residents of Barangay Cato in the town of Infanta.
